Nedgia runs four React applications: SCI (public, in TypeScript), online office and customer area (login portals for clients, in JavaScript), and an internal app for account managers (also JavaScript). Real operations: incidents, technical support, continuous change requests, and accumulated dependency debt.
Frontend tech lead for the project: technical ownership across the four React applications, training one additional frontend developer, and coordination with backend, infrastructure, and management within a ten-person team.
Full library upgrade across the frontend of the three JavaScript applications (online office, customer area, and the account-managers app), absorbing several years of accumulated dependency debt. Steady delivery of change requests and technical support throughout the cycle. The four applications remain operational after the end of my time on the project.
The apps are live and visitable: sci.nedgia.es, oficinavirtual.nedgia.es, areacliente.nedgia.es, and gestioninterna.nedgia.es. I joined through Basetis in parallel with Areas during the same period.
The major upgrade covered the three JavaScript applications. SCI stayed out of scope due to project-side constraints.
